The Carry Ponds Association is an organization of 105 member property owners within the road and gate system surrounding East Carry, Middle Carry, Otter and West Carry Ponds.
The CPA exists to provide for the management and maintenance of the 13 miles of roads, 9 gates, and 3 bridges that benefit the members of the association in common.
The CPA was founded in the spring of 1985. The original founding incorporators were Leo Beane, Edward Cloutier, Arthur Haskell, Robert Maxwell and Richard Parker. CPA was incorporated as a Maine Non Profit Corporation on May 27, 1985.
